Juanda also known as Johnson Juanda born and raised in Indonesia and moved to the US during the early 90’s to attend the Oklahoma State University. His poker career first took off during the 2002 World Series of Poker, where he managed to take home three braclets including a WSOP Championship title which later landed him the title of 2002 tournament Champion of the Year.
Two years later he won the PPT event at Foxwoods Casino, following up with the 2005 Monte Carlo Millions where he took $500,000 for his sixth place finish. During that same year he also placed second in the FullTiltPoker.Net Invitational where he played as a member of Team Full Tilt.
Other accomplishments for this pro include a total of six World Poker Tour final tables, a second place finish in the Bellagio Season 1 and a third place finish in the World Poker Tour Invitational Season 2 in addition to 7th place in the PartyPoker Cruise Season 2 among many other major events in the poker circuit.
